NEW Happy Mclewin News!!!

| |

Scott and I are happy to annouce that we are expecting a baby December 29th 2006.

I am 14 weeks pregnant now and feeling mostly OK. I had a very hard 1st trimester. Glad to be through it.

We should be finding out the sex the first week or 2 of August. We are asking for a healthy baby. The sex is not so important. Another girl would be easier since we have all the girly stuff + it would be great for Claire to have a sister. Since we don't know if we will have more getting that boy in would also be nice. So what ever it will be it will be.

We are just very excited to be adding a new member to the family.

Pics of our 10 wk sonogram will follow.

Wow!

Wonderful News. Sorry I had not checked the site for a couple of months and all of a sudden started seeing sonogram pictures. What a fantastic surprise! Love to you all including the grandparents.

Thanks Joyce. As it happens, the paternal grandparents arrived in Kansas City yesterday to visit Claire. Their timing is good, they missed the 110f degree weather last week. :(

This is great news!

This is great news! Congratulations! We will need another family reunion just to let all the little cousins meet!
Peter has been home for a whole two months! Its been great. I'm off to DC today for a two week opera workshop. I'm expecting it to be intense and fun. (Like summer camp for singers!)
I've been offered a couple of main stage "covers" this season- basically it means I learn a solo role, go through all the coachings and staging rehearsals and be ready to go on if the lead singer gets sick or whatever...I'm excited as its a great chance to learn!

Christin is on a Central American trip- El Salvador, Honduras and Mexico. She's visting ministries she has worked with in the past and also some language study with a tribal group. Quite an adventure! Congratulations again and thanks for staying in touch. Love, Margaret
